BioSo why did I chose an on-line journal ... one reason is simply because I love writing, and have so many hand written journals that I thought for a change one with feed back would be interesting , writing has always been an outlet for me, so here I am, ready to pour my heart out, so if you venture here I hope you have fun at the very least, I speak my mind, I have many opinions some you might agree with some you might not, but in truth I'm not afraid to write of them, I can only be me, and although this has gotten me in trouble at times, it hasn't stop me yet, I will still be who I am that's all anyone can do.
I have a lot of interests (some but not all are listed below) which includes my passion for writing poetry and because my poems are a part of me and my experiences, and sometimes it's of course just pure fantasy; I will be posting more poems, the good and the bad, between my frustrating writer's block syndrome. :)... my writings are an extension of me and I believe that is important. I hope those who do venture in my small space will enjoy my poems and the boring or maybe not so boring "this is just my life stuff" you might find here. :).
"HOW TO BE AN ARTIST"
Learn to watch snails, plant impossible gardens. Make little signs that say "Yes!" and post them all over the house. Build a fort with blankets. Get wet. Hug trees. Write love letters.
Make friends with freedom and uncertainty. look forward to dreams. Have a conversation with someone you don't know. Cry/or laugh on a swingset by moonlight. Cultivate moods. Cry during movies. Swing as high as you can on a swingset by moonlight. Refuse to be "responsible." Do it for love. Take lots of naps. Believe in magic. Laugh a lot. Have wild imaginings, and perfect calm. Celebrate every gorgeous moment. Take moon-baths, Have transfomative dreams, Draw on the walls, write everyday. Imagine yourself magic. Giggle with children. Listen to old people. Open up. Dive in. Be free. Bless yourself. Drive away fear. Play with everything. Entertain your Inner child. You are innocent.
